Yes, 'Bring and Friend' day’s are conducted from time to time at Frankston.  Alternatively turn up on any competition day and make yourself known to any of the clubs or ask for assistance. Your child will be placed with their respective age/gender group, and given the opportunity to see if little Athletics is for you.

Why don’t boys and girls compete together?

It is a well known fact that boys and girls develop at different rates during their childhood/adolescence , it would be unfair for them to have to compete against each other as there physical abilities will vary. However we do have mixed groups at coaching sessions where skill development is the primary concern.
